Currently, 51inc only ships within the United States.  International orders are not accepted at this time.

All orders are shipped via UPS Ground Service (delivery within 5-7 business days).  Ground flat rate of $15, unless noted. does not ship multiple addresses per order, ship to p.o. boxes, or apo/fpo addresses. Orders are processed Monday through Fridays, excluding holidays.  Orders ship within 48 Hours of receiving order confirmation.  Please allow 1-2 extra days for processing during peak business periods such as sale and holiday. Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise. Orders are not delivered on the weekends or federal holidays.  51inc holds the right to refuse shipping on any order.

Sales tax is charged based on the customers shipping address, only to states where 51inc has a physical presence. Currently this includes New York State.


No tax will be applied to all clothing under $55; 4.375% will be applied to all clothing that totals greater than $55 and less than $110; 8.875% will be applied to all clothing that totals $110 or more.



We do allow returns under the conditions stated below:

• All return shipments must be postmarked within 10 business days from the time you received your order.

• 51inc will not accept any item for return or exchange that bears any indication that it was worn, washed or altered.

• Returned items must include ALL original tags and packaging, no exceptions.

• 51Inc reserves the right to refuse returned goods.

Full-Price Merchandise

• 51inc will gladly issue a full refund or exchange for full-price merchandise.

• Refunds will be made in the form of original payment.

• Please allow 14 business days to process your request and to refund your credit card. Most banks require additional business days to post the refund to your account.

Final Sale Merchandise

• Sale merchandise marked ‘final sale’ cannot be returned

 Gift Return

• If returning a gift item(s), you will receive online store credit, applicable only to the 51inc website.  You may use this credit to order an item of your choice.

• If the gift you received was ‘final sale’ merchandise, it cannot be returned or exchanged.

• If the exchange is of a lesser value, you will be refunded the difference in the form of a store credit.

• Exchanges for gift merchandise will be shipped by UPS Ground for a fee of $10.

How to make a return or exchange

• All return shipments must be postmarked within 10 business days from the time you received your order.

• Please fill out the ‘Return & Exchange’ form that came with your order.

• Please make sure to include the ‘Return & Exchange’ form and the receipt in your return package.

• Send the package via USPS, FedEx, UPS, or DHL and choose a shipping method that requires recipient signature upon delivery.

• 51inc is not responsible for any return that is lost, stolen or mishandled during transit. We recommend that you insure your package for the full value of the contents.
